外贴式橡胶止水带安装注意事项：
1.在止水带的施工单位在进行绑扎钢筋和支模时，使止水带必须采取可靠的固定措施，避免在浇注混 凝土时发生位移，保证止水带在混凝土中的正确位置。
2、对于固定橡胶膨胀止水带时，只能在止水带的允许部位上穿孔打洞，不得损坏本体部分。对于止 水带的固定方法应按设计要求的施工规范进行，常用的固定方法有：利用附加钢筋固定；专用卡具固定； 用铅丝和模板固定等。不论采用何种固定方法，都必须保证止水带定位准确，不损坏止水带有效部分，方 便混凝土浇捣。
3、应尽量在工厂中连接成整体。如因制造工艺、运输条件等限制，需在现场连接的，应采用热压硫 化胶合（外贴式橡胶止水带）或焊接（塑料止水带），其接头外观应平整光洁，抗拉强度不低于母材的 80％。 不 加任何处理的所谓“搭接”是绝对不允许的。
外贴式橡胶止水带的施工要求：
在外贴式橡胶止水带施工过程中，要求并保持止水带应与混凝土结合紧密可靠；能对完工后的施工质量进行检测；如果因为止水带质量或施工质量等原因，造成施工缝渗水，应设置第二道防水防线，可进行最快速、最经济、最有效的修补，且修补后的防水质量可靠耐久。
